During his career working for well-known companies such as Xerox Corporation, Sharp Electronics and IKON Office Solutions, Sinclair was consistently recognized for his positive, highly energetic, enthusiastic, and inspirational communications with both clients and employees.

Diana Creel Elarde, BA, MA - President

Diana has 25 years of experience managing document output for major corporations, educational institutions and government accounts. She has been recognized nationally for her proactive account management and her knowledge in optimizing document output within an organization.

With years of experience in contract negotiation, Diana is a strong client advocate with expertise in achieving fair terms and conditions for her clients, while keeping the focus on expense reduction and employee efficiency. Her methodologies and creative approach enable clients to objectively track, manage, and reduce all expenses related to printers, faxes and MFP's. Diana can also assist clients in developing an individualized "green" program based on conservation rather than just recycling.

Prior to joining Clear Advantage Services, Diana served as the manager of the major accounts team for Global Imaging Systems, a Xerox company. Earlier experience with independent dealerships rounds out her broad base of expertise in the industry.

Diana is a graduate of Michigan State University and the University of Michigan. She and her husband Vincent run a soccer scholarship program for children from single family and financially disadvantaged homes.

Diana is a 19 year President Club Member of Global Imaging and a 2006 inductee into Global Leaders for her performance and leadership skills, and described as the "consummate professional" by her clients, Diana will ensure your goals are reached.
